For anyone who's not familiar with what we're facing here: this training series is based on the curriculum of Animation Mentor. The about prestigious online animation course out there. With Hjalti, Nacho and Pablo as mentors (bonus points). For the fraction of the price. nosotros are priviliged!

@Adam Yoohasz There're 6 "Character Animation" courses on "Animation Mentor" (https://www.animationmentor.com/blitheness-programme/blitheness-basics/), each at the price of around 2500 U.s. Dollars. I don't think that you can compare this with what you get here on "Blender Deject" regardless of the fact that Hjalti, Nacho and Pablo are of course professionals and excellent mentors too.

One note, could be great to add together one index finger to sky, non the whole hand, merely the index finger :)

*@Hjalti Hjalmarsson* Yeah I figured information technology out a bit after posting it. Thanks for the awesome rig!

Where could nosotros encounter the reviews on the rigs. For a beginner like me, it's not articulate how to even actuate ball controllers (for example to make the brawl expect similar a h2o drop). Also, it would be amend if in that location were subtitles that show what buttons the instructors are pressing. In general, the grooming seems to exist created for those who are familiar with the technical office of the software. That's why it's hard to reproduce the same animation. I've watched and good the complimentary tutorials in the official youtube Blender aqueduct. Only it's plain not enough to understand how certain activities were fabricated. If it's possible if there were a more detailed explanation of every move. I'm currently on billowy balls level, and some things are that obvious to figure out. But I hope the more I'll acquire the more I understand the procedure somehow.

Hello. I'm going through it from the beggining as a intermediate user (at least in animation :D) I know this is aimed for animation non rigging, for that purpose in that location is Humane rigging which I went through long time ago (And nonetheless relatable :) ) Just one technical thing really confuses me. When comparing rigging techniqe from humane rigging with this latest ball rig. I can run across that when I squash assistant and rotate Ball bone it works every bit it should (ball remains its stretch forth the ball rotation) merely didn't see whatever setting/constraint/commuter on any os or object, every bit it was proceeded in humane rigging gear up. And so is that okay or what am I missing in the new 1 rig please? :/

Hi! i have a question. When i open the sky rig, keyframe all controllers and go to the graph editor, i encounter  four channels that look like this : "pose.bones["scarf_neck"].constraints["Copy Location"].influence", and i see a few keyframes in a straight line on the editor; instead of the normal keyframed basic and the channels for those basic. what am i doing wrong?

Martin R

26th April 2021 - 20:38

@Martin R Oh await, problem solved. I was in the Drivers tab and not the Graph editor.

I'1000 really struggling with the armed version of Heaven. I'm trying to lock him to a chair that I tin motility around, but his torso mesh keeps separating from his artillery, legs, and head. The rig controls follow the chair as they should, and the arms, legs, and head are following forth without any bug as well. The trunk mesh is just struggling tremendously. Here'southward a screen recorning to give you a ameliorate thought of what'southward happening (delight excuse my ii frames per 2d lol): https://streamable.com/npigqp
